BB Outlook Tools is an Outlook enhancement designed to help you enhance its usage with new features. The add-in allows you to work on a shared document by simply opening it from the email and saving it before replying to the message.
You can also use the attachment saving feature to automatically save the documents attached to the email messages to a certain folder. You can save multiple versions of the document in order to track the changes.
